"                               How Much Does It Cost?

     We at The Rose House have spent about Two Million Dollars to put in place a State-of-Art "Senior's Residence", providing 24 well appointed one bedroom/one bath apartments, all offering direct access to an expansive "resident commons space" designed to impart an"outside feel".  The required monthly apartment charge to meet the real estate cost is around $800 Per Resident Month.  Further, The Rose House is staffed by a highly qualified Administrator and a Support Staff assigned to provide all Resident "Non-Health-Care" Needs.  The cost to provide proper wages and benefits to our Support Staff is about $500 Per Resident Month.  Beyond the above costs, The Rose House pays property taxes, property and liability insurance, utilities, food cost, supplies, telephone/internet, as well as many other miscellaneous expenses.  The cost of these goods and services, (the most notable being food and utilities), is around $700 per resident month.  As you can see, the Non-Health-Care cost for a "resident month" is about $2000.....  Accordingly, The Rose House "monthly service charge" is  $1895. per resident month.

      Many "Advanced Age Seniors" who reside at The Rose House require some "personal care services" to maintain their independent, "non-institutional" status.  Most commonly these services involve assistance with bathing, dressing, transferring and medication.   At The Rose House, these "personal care services" are provided to residents on an "as needed basis" by Non-Affiliated Service Agencies active in the Branson Area.  Personal Care Aides, Certified Nurses Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses,  Registered Nurses, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Hospice Services and "In-Home" Labratory Services are always available to meet the full spectrum of Resident "Care Needs".  Indeed, the various Agencies are highly competitive to attract clients who reside at The Rose House.

The Rose House Management does not determine the scope of services Rose House Residents choose to acquire from the various participating Service Agencies.  However, it should be noted that  "The Rose House Residence Agreement" does provide The Rose House, as lessor, the right to terminate a resident's occupancy if their general wellness impedes the quiet enjoyment/safety of other Rose House Residents.
